When we say a control works, we can show it failing when it should. When we say something is live, we have measured it, not assumed it. This sounds like a detail. It is the whole difference between software you can put in front of an auditor and software you cannot.

The last ten percent of a project is where most software dies: the edge cases, the error handling, the migration, the documentation, the handover. That is the part we are built for.
How we actually deliver
Worth stating plainly, because it is unusual and it is the reason our list of capabilities is as long as it is.
We run a team of specialist AI agents rather than a team of contractors. Each has a defined role and a defined boundary: some build, some review, some research, some write, some run operations. They do not read each other's projects. Every session starts by reading the current state and ends by writing it back down, so nothing is lost between one piece of work and the next.
A human sets direction, makes the commercial calls and holds the final say. Nothing merges, ships or goes to a client without that.
The effect is that a very small company delivers a very large amount of work, and can carry several unrelated projects at the same time without any of them stalling.
